to all customers: please read this carefully before contemplating to order! there is important information inside that you might wanna know. (:

- i am here to serve you to the best of my ability, so apologies if i did something wrong or cannot fulfill your requests! > <  do note that i'm quite new, so might make mistakes and stuff.

- if there are any queries about my items or my blogshop on the whole, feel free to use the cbox or email me. i am not giving my hp no. for enquiries due to personal reasons.

- pls be polite, i do not want to deal with rude customers. would you?

- i do not scam. honestly. seriously. 1000000000%  so don't. scam.

- pls trust me before buying, i don't want people to question my integrity.

- i have the right to reject any orders or requests due to whatever reasons! will try my best not to even if for example, school had just started and i'm a lot more busier.

- i am still schooling and my school is in paya lebar, that's why my meetups are centred around there for weekdays. i try not to do meetups on weekends but if you really need it, will consider.

- i live on the green line, so best is meetups on the green line as my school's on it too. yea makes sense huh? haha. (: oh and circle line's ok too cos...yeah you should know. 

- in terms of price negotiation, i am comfortable with it but pls negotiate fairly, i am earning real little compared to other blogshops already at the prices i'm selling my items for.

- i do not pay for customers first, excluding shipping fees and other fees which are not known yet.

- for other miscellaneous fees that are not known when payment of items are due, i'll cover them first for now (unless someone abuses this) and split it among customers during mass collection equally.

- as for deposits, these are very rare cases and i'll only start to consider them if your orders are small. if not, not possible sorry. (unless you pay me a deposit which is bigger than the amount you're ordering but that's not reasonable right heh.)

- i have the right to reject any order submission due to payment issues etc.

- those who don't pay by the end of the second batch which they're pushed to will be cancelled and possibly blacklisted.

- preferably, please use the order form provided.  you may text me but...

- if you don't submit the order form, i will not be liable if your orders are submitted wrongly.

- for cappings, i will see if i can process your order if it's just 1 cap. apologies if i can't! do take note that if you request, pls be prepared to pay more.

- meetups, pls do not do not be late!! i will try my best to make it at the time you want but if you insist on a time that i can barely make it, then do not expect me to be there on time.

- if i will be late, i'll inform you as early as possible. sorry if i tell you too late (by your standards)! ): 

- i will try my very best to meet you at your convenience, sometimes even if it's way out like purple line or something. but would love if you could come to my convenience or meet half way or something. (:

- i willl try to waive meetup charge for ALL ORDERS :D unless you have negotiated something else with me (eg. price or postage fee or something.)

- after order confirmation, I will include an order invoice which will list the details of your order. if any changes, do notify me and i'll correct them. pls keep the invoice until order is complete!

- if there are miscellaneous fees that you're only paying for upon collection, i'll send another invoice to you when the items arrive requesting for payment of the fees. do check that too!

- for bank transfer or other methods of cash which willl not come directly to me, please make payment asap if you don't want your orders to be pushed back.

- if i don't receive payment by the deadline, i'll push your order back or in certain cases (eg. last spree), cancel it. so if you don't want to risk it, do submit early.

- after submission of payment, allow 2-3 working days for me to confirm payment if it's indirect. if you're giving me cash at a meetup, your order is immediately confirmed. (:

- different items have different waiting time that may or may not include postage/meetup planning time.


- do be patient if your items have not come. i will inform you of any delays.


- when your orders have arrived, i'll inform you and start processing collection if postage.


- for meetups, do arrange with me where and when you'd like to meetup for collection.


- during collection day, same thing: don't be late! please bring the misc. fees if any on that day.


- if you forget to bring the fees, i'll charge for the next meetup. ):


- pls check your items, not responsible once they leave my hands!


- i am not responsible for supplier defects. but on behalf of them, i'll apologise if there's been any mixup in designs etc. and you received wrong design/color/whatever.


- however i can't do refunds, so sorry!


- yes important point: i do not do refunds EXCEPT certain very special cases. (:

- if there are supplier defects, wrong design etc. no refunds. sorry! ):

- i may file a complaint to the supplier if the item defects are serious.

- all items are collected by hand and handled with extreme care, NONE are by postage so defects (if any) are guranteed not by me.

- do give me feedback on my service! ^^ can feedback through email or the feedback cbox. (:

- oh and for loyal customers, i will give you discounts or free items if you buy more items. ;D

now for people taking supplies, this is important! (:

- i will not be responsible in the event my supplier scam/MIA.

- pls indicate the orders clearly so there'll be no mix-up/confusion. include pictures if needed!

- the same rules above go for you except those N.A.

- please please please try to collect at least 3/4 of the payments before submitting an order!

- oh and try to confirm the number of caps etc. so that i can inform my supplier and the process can be much quicker.

- for payment, i'll allow latest 6 days for it to be in so that at the end of the week i can send the order to my supplier and get the items in asap.

- if you are not taking supplies anymore, do kindly inform me so!

- lastly, meetups will most likely be at your convenience if possible. ((:

- meetups costs still apply for you but i'll try to cut down or remove them.

- do not rush me unless you inform me beforehand that the orders are urgent.

- and even if you do inform me, pls be reasonable. i'm still human.

- i have the right to stop supplying for whatever reasons.

- for supply rates, price negotiation is available but the same as for orders: pls negotiate fairly!
