heys to all shoppers, just want to clarify that for backing out, you may do so without getting blacklisted in certain cases:case 1: you ordered an item but have to wait for caps. (only) after 4 weeks, you are allowed to withdraw your order. this is cos i think it's fair that you can have the right to withdraw your order after patiently waiting for 4 weeks but me not being able to process the order due to supplier etc.
in these cases where a customer orders something requiring cappings (especially 5 and above), i will ask the supplier for the price w/o caps and offer it to the customer. he/she can choose to wait or he/she can pay a little more to get the item faster. this way, there'll be no unsatisfied customer/me. ;D
oh and i would like to emphasize that only after 4 weeks is a customer entitled to withdrawing an order if his/her order item(s) has not fulfilled the cappings required and he/she is not willing to pay more for the item w/o caps. that is it. no other exceptions. all other cases except for the ones below, blacklist.
case 2: for ppl taking supplies from me, if your orders are urgent and my supplier is unable to deliver the items at the time you want them to, i will allow once for you to withdraw your order. from then on, no more exceptions as it'll affect my supplier and me.
oh and to people taking suppplies, reminder: if you are no longer taking supplies from me, do be courteous and inform me so. I won't mind. oh and if you are ordering, please collect payment first before ordering. this is to prevent cancellation/change of orders that are technically against T&Cs. if you are unable to do so, please inform me so that I won't inform my supplier beforehand and confuse her with the change in order etc.
